Miranda Koch joined Byrnes & Rupkey, Inc. January, 2018 as Junior Account Executive/Executive Recruiter. Miranda holds a B.A. degree in Public Relations from the University of Northern Iowa. Miranda has a background in communications, business, and journalism. As an Account Executive, Miranda is charged with sustaining national and local client accounts as she recruits qualified talent to fit their needs. Areas of specialty include manufacturing, administrative and engineering.
E-Technology Recruiter - Internship
Emily Bonnstetter is currently in her senior year at the University of Northern Iowa (UNI), working towards a B.A. degree in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources. In addition, Emily is pursuing a minor in Business Communications. Emily stays involved at UNI by regularly attending the university’s Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) chapter meetings. She is also a local Cedar Valley SHRM member. Prior to coming to the UNI, Emily attained an A.A. degree from Iowa Lakes Community College and graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors. She was also a member of the Presidential Scholar program and a mathematics tutor. While Emily enjoys being involved on campus, she also has a great passion for her business-related job experiences. She aspires to work towards attaining a M.A. degree in Human Resources following graduation from UNI.
