We search
on a Contingency
basis:
Client pays 100% upon Completion of the Search. Byrnes &
Rupkey, Inc. will only be paid for results upon completion
of the search and placement of a candidate. Client may have
two or more firms involved.
We search
on an Exclusive
basis:
Client pays 100% on Completion of the Search. Byrnes &
Rupkey will be the only firm used to fill the assignment and
will provide a minimum of three quality candidates within
30 days.
We search
on a Retained
basis:
Client pays 1/3 of the Total fee at the Start of the Search
and Balance upon Candidate acceptance of your offer. Byrnes
& Rupkey will provide three quality candidates within
30 days.
We search
on a Contract
basis:
Client pays a mark up of the hourly salary set for the position.
Byrnes & Rupkey will present professional-level employees
who are willing to contract for a specific length of time
for a specific project. The contractor is the employee of
our Contracting Division, freeing you from tax and worker’s
compensation issues, payroll and unemployment liabilities.
