POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position is a maintenance department role and is accountable to the Facilities Maintenance Manager or a supervisor. Candidates must be willing to work an off-shift, depending on what is available. Duties include:
• Identifying and troubleshooting equipment problems;
• Replacing defective parts;
• Identifying and ordering parts needed to properly maintain equipment;
• Learning new technology related to CNC machines and other equipment;
• Reading testing equipment and keeping machines in safe working condition;
• Working according to OSHA and company safety standards;
• Performing proper record keeping procedures;
• Working overtime and other shifts to support production requirements.

| Experience: |
|
• 2+ years experience in manufacturing maintenance;
• The ability to troubleshoot, dismantle, read original blue prints, and repair CNC and manual machine tools and equipment;
• Knowledge of electronics, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical and geometry;
• Familiar with and able to read test equipment;
• Must be willing to work any shifts.
