POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position is with a state-of-the-art food manufacturing facility and will be responsible for quality and efficiency in the 3rd shift of production. Duties include:
• Preparing equipment and work assignments;
• Scheduling employees by anticipating production needs;
• Ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met;
• Maintaining ingredient and material supplies needed for production;
• Coordinating production schedule with required maintenance;
• Enforcing company policies and procedures;
• Communicating with managers and supervisors regarding production and employees;
• Conducting safety training.

• 3+ years experience in a food manufacturing environment;
• Experience supervising personnel;
• Experience meeting production deadlines;
• Problem-solving skills with production process and employees;
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations;
• Computer literate, Word, Excel, SAP/TRM software;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
