POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position will be responsible for complete product development projects from concept through commercialization. Duties:
• Following required timelines and specifications for assigned product development projects;
• Product development research that includes organizing and analyzing data and preparing reports;
• Obtaining high quality ingredients through collaboration with suppliers, purchasing and management;
• Providing on-site monitoring and technical assistance to operations when transferring products to production;
• Presenting concepts and products to accounts.

| Experience: |
|
• One or more years of food formulation and process experience;
• Knowledge and experience in food science, nutrition, labeling regulations and ingredient functionality;
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Must have good communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
