Manufacturing facility seeks a night shift Supervisor to lead, coach and develop other employees. This position will work 4 (10-hour) night shifts during a Monday – Friday work week. Duties include:
• meeting production requirements;
• working on the line when not performing supervisory duties;
• assisting Management to continuously improve all manufacturing operations;
• acting as the main contact for the facility during the night shift;
• leading the night shift maintenance department to ensure maximum machine up time;
• writing and updating training aids for new equipment and training personnel;
• maintaining attendance time records and flowchart records via computer;
• supporting the companies safety policies and ISO 9001 compliance efforts;
• participating in continual learning and skill development.

| Experience: |
|
• 1-2 years manufacturing experience;
• Must have supervisory or leadership experience;
• The ability to train and develop personnel;
• Willing to jump in and work alongside team members on the line;
• A commitment to continuous improvement;
• Injection molding manufacturing experience is a plus.
