POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position will be responsible for defining and implementing the company’s product direction for GPS and Vehicle Guidance products. Duties include:
• Performing market research and creating and maintaining requirements for documents on GPS and Guidance products;
• Working with suppliers to evaluate and test new features and products;
• Performing internal training of sales and technical support personnel on new features;
• Working with other product managers to coordinate GPS activities with other product activities;
• Maintaining an excellent knowledge base of competitive GPS and Guidance products.

| Experience: |
|
• 3+ years experience with good mechanical engineering technical background in GPS / Vehicle Guidance for Ag or Construction vehicles;
• Must have mainstream Ag or farming background through education, career or growing up working on a farm;
• Must have a strong aptitude for highly technical hardware systems;
• Must have strong communication, presentation and documentation skills;
• Must have excellent coordinating skills to work with vendors, users, OEM’s, etc.;
• Effective problem-solver who works well in a fast-paced environment;
• Project Management experience is a plus.
