OPPORTUNITY FACTS: Our client company is a niche market leader in their food processing industry. They pride themselves on their innovating and developing ideas for their products. They are located in southwest corner of Missouri where the beauty of country living easily combines with the vitality of nearby cities.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are seeking talent with proven leadership and human resource management skills. This position will be responsible for meeting manufacturing objectives by coordinating and directing production staff and activities. Duties include:
• Monitoring staff performance and addressing any deficiencies;
• Monitoring and approving time and attendance of the production staff;
• Promoting good morale;
• Training staff and personnel as needed;
• Supporting the quality and business management system;
• Providing staff production schedule and procedure for product manufacture;
• Updating procedures as necessary;
• Meeting customer requirements;
• Providing SOP’s to ensure quality and consistent manufacture;
• Filling in as needed in times of staff shortages.

| Experience: |

• 2+ years supervisory or management experience in food manufacturing;
• Must have experience in spray-dry;
• Must be willing to work off-shift;
• Experience in scheduling, process supervision, regulatory knowledge: EPA, FDA/OSHA, etc.
