This position is with a manufacturing company and will be responsible for promoting quality achievement and performance improvement across the facility. Duties include:
• Assessing all product specifications and customer requirements;
• Ensuring compliance of all required standards;
• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation;
• Ensuring quality-related training needs are met;
• Developing and analyzing performance data to requirements;
• Ensuring tests/procedures are understood, carried out and evaluated;
• Supervising the technical staff regarding tests and checks;
• Writing technical and management system reports;

| Experience: |
|
• 7+ years of related experience;
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt;
• ASQ CQE or CQM;
• Lean Kaizen experience in successfully leading teams on active production floor;
• The ability to lead teams, but must be a “hands-on”, “on-the-floor” type;
• The ability to interface with customers and ensure corrective actions and compliance.
