This innovative and energy conscience manufacturing plant needs an experienced Quality, Safety & Environmental Manager to ensure compliance and/or conformance with regulations and standards. Duties include:
• Formulating, implementing and maintaining integrated management systems for Quality, Safety and Environmental throughout the plant;
• Promoting sustainable development in compliance with environmental and safety laws and regulations;
• Leading and overseeing all Laboratory functions and standardization;
• Promoting continuous improvement methodologies plant-wide;
• Leading and providing support for all aspects of Six Sigma program;
• Coordinating and supervising the Lab Manager and EHS Coordinator.

| Experience: |
|
• 5+ years experience required in an industry such as chemical processing, grains, bio-energy, ethanol, etc.;
• Must have experience with State and Federal environmental regulations;
• Experience with ISO standards, OSHA preferred;
• Understanding of Six Sigma methodologies, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred;
• Knowledgeable in analytical and six sigma methods, along with laboratory standards and methods;
• Environmental program management experience;
• Safety program management experience;
• Quality System management experience;
• Knowledge of IRP/PRR and Continuous Improvement;
• The ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
